• Domain & configuration data — domains you connect, DNS records, and mailbox/alias configuration needed to route your mail.
• Usage data — log data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use our website or dashboard.
• Support communications — information you share when you contact us for help, including through our contact form.
• Email content — messages sent and received through mailboxes hosted on our platform, stored and processed as described below.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including mail delivery and spam filtering.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
• To improve the Service through aggregated, non-identifying analysis of usage patterns.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Email hosting inherently requires us to store and transmit the messages in your mailboxes so we can deliver, filter, and make them accessible to you. We do not read, scan, or sell the content of your emails for advertising purposes.

Automated processing (such as spam and malware filtering) may inspect message metadata and content solely to protect the security and deliverability of the Service. Access by BulkMX personnel is limited to what’s necessary for support, security, or legal compliance.

Our marketing website and dashboard use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality such as staying logged in.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., payment processors, cloud infrastructure, and email delivery/anti-spam vendors), under confidentiality obligations.
• Domain registrars/DNS providers, only as needed to configure records you request.
• Legal authorities, when required to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of BulkMX, our customers, or others.
• A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy’s protections continuing to apply.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain account and email data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account cancellation or termination, we retain data for a limited grace period to allow for recovery or export requests, after which it is deleted or anonymized, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (EEA/UK) or the CCPA (California), including the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
